Outdoor Amenities 

Located at 2500 Bettis Tribble Gap Road.  

Restrooms and a small playground are on site.

Amphitheater

The shade sail covered amphitheater provides a unique woodland backdrop for a larger outdoor gathering or ceremony.  The cost is $100 for 4 hours and $25 for each additional hour, with a minimum reservation of 4 hours.  This includes electricity and room for 120 guests with bench seating.  No grilling or fires are allowed.  Restrooms are available on site.

​                           Picnic Pavilions
Two picnic pavilions are available for $75 per day each.  The pavilion includes electricity and two wooden picnic tables seating 6-8 people each.  No grilling or fires are allowed.  Access to the pavilions is located at the Preserve entrance on Bettis Tribble Gap Road.  Both are handicap accessible.   Restrooms are available on site.​

Indoor Amenities 

Located at the Visitor Center, 4075 Spot Road.

 

 

​                             Classroom/Laboratory​
The Classroom/Laboratory at the Visitor Center on Spot Road may be rented as one large room.  This arrangement is great for a family gathering, birthday party, meeting, training session and school or scout group.  The cost is $50 per hour plus a $300 security deposit.  This includes 25 tables, 50 folding chairs and kitchen access. Reservations must be booked for a minimum of 2 hours between 8:30a and 5:00p Monday thru Saturday.  The maximum capacity is 50 seated.  The room is handicap accessible. ​
